Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any tour with Banff Book My Ride Ltd. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
2. Bookings & Confirmations
- All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- A booking confirmation will be sent to your email address after successful payment.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details at the time of booking.
- Please check your confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.
3. Pricing
SHARED SHUTTLE
$99 CAD / seat
PRIVATE LAKE TOUR
$999 / $1,049 CAD
Weekday / Weekend
PRIVATE EVENING TOUR
$499 / $599 CAD

- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of booking will be honoured.
- Promotional codes must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must arrive at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- The shuttle departs on time — we cannot wait for late arrivals and no refund will be issued for missed departures.
- Children and infants must travel with at least one parent or legal guardian.
- Infants must sit on a parent or guardian's lap — no infant seats are provided.
- Guests are responsible for following all pickup instructions, safety rules, and driver directions.
- Guests must behave respectfully toward the driver, other passengers, and the environment.
- No alcohol consumption is permitted on the vehicle.
- No smoking or vaping on the vehicle at any time.
5. Important Restrictions
- Our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible at this time.
- No stroller storage is available on shared shuttle tours.
- No luggage storage on shared tours unless specified at time of booking.
- Pets are not permitted on any of our tours.
- Tours are not recommended for guests with serious heart conditions or severe mobility limitations.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is disruptive or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
6. Cancellation Policy
Full Refund
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled departure.
No Refund
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled departure.
No Refund
No-shows or missed departures.

7. Liability & Disclaimer
- Banff Book My Ride Ltd. is fully licensed and insured to operate tours within Banff National Park.
- We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
- Weather, road conditions, traffic, wildlife, or unforeseen circumstances may affect tour schedules.
- Routes, timing, and stop locations may change for safety or operational reasons without prior notice.
- We are not responsible for missed flights, connections, or other travel arrangements due to tour delays.
- Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
8. Changes to Tours
Banff Book My Ride Ltd. reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel tours due to weather, road closures, Parks Canada restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
