We recommend booking at least 2β3 days in advance, especially during peak summer season (JulyβAugust). Moraine Lake shuttles sell out very quickly β book as early as possible to secure your spot.
Yes! Our vehicles seat up to 14 passengers. For groups, we recommend our Private Tour options where the entire vehicle is exclusively yours. Contact us directly for group bookings.
Yes! You'll receive an instant confirmation email with all your tour details right after booking. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour departure. Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
Yes! You can reschedule your tour at no charge if you contact us at least 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability. Email us at info@banffbookmyride.com.
In the rare event we cancel a tour due to severe weather or road closures, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
For our Shared Shuttle, the departure point is 135 Beaver Street, Banff, Alberta. For Private Tours, we offer hotel pickup directly from your Banff accommodation.
Please arrive 10β15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. The shuttle departs on time and we cannot wait for late arrivals.
Yes, there is paid public parking available near 135 Beaver Street in downtown Banff. We recommend using the shuttle as it saves you the hassle of finding parking at Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, where parking is extremely limited.
Currently we offer pickup from hotels within Banff townsite for private tours. If you're staying outside town, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Parks Canada restricts private vehicle access to Moraine Lake Road during peak season (typically late May to mid-October). Shuttle is the only way to access Moraine Lake during this period without a reservation system pass.
On our shared shuttle, you'll have approximately 2.5β3 hours at Moraine Lake and Lake Louise combined β plenty of time for photos, a hike to the rockpile, and exploring the lakeshore.
Yes! The Moraine Lake access fee is included in your shuttle ticket. You don't need to purchase any additional passes. Just bring your sense of adventure!
Mountain weather changes quickly. We recommend layered clothing, a waterproof jacket, and comfortable walking shoes. Even in summer, mornings at Moraine Lake can be cool (5β15Β°C).
We provide a complimentary water bottle and energy bar for each guest on our shuttle tours. For private tours, hotel pickup and drop-off is also included.
Yes, you're welcome to bring snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Please note that no food or drinks are available for purchase at Moraine Lake, so pack accordingly. There is a cafΓ© at Lake Louise.
