1. Cancellation by Guest

If you need to cancel your booking, the following policy applies:

Full Refund

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled departure time.

No Refund

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.

No Refund

No-shows or missed departures — guests who do not arrive at the pickup point on time.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking at no additional charge if you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure, subject to availability. To reschedule, email us at info@banffbookmyride.com or WhatsApp us at +1 587-222-8744.

3. Cancellation by BanffBookMyRide

In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Road closures or Parks Canada restrictions
  • Vehicle mechanical issues
  • Natural disasters or emergencies

You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. We will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone.

$499 weekdays / $599 weekends
